Keeping Malawi's Heritage Alive
Mtsimbiti Heritage Center brings craftsmanship, cultural memory and contemporary design together.
A Living Heritage
Our purpose is to help preserve and share Malawi's rich cultural heritage through skilled making, storytelling and objects that remain useful for generations.
Furniture gives this heritage a place in everyday life. Each piece creates an opportunity to celebrate materials, techniques and stories connected to Malawi.
